Terms & Conditions
  • 50% of to total amount must be paid upfront for all orders over $100.
  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 weeks of expected delivery.
  • Not Paid & Unclaimed garments will be discarded within 1 month from drop off.
    Only Fully Paid Garments will be stored in storage.
  • Customer agrees that we will alter the garments “CUTTING & SEWING” as per
    our Company Standards unless and otherwise stated by the customer in writing
  • Once you choose or pin a garment think carefully, we do not accept any liabilities even if we pinned them for you
  • If you are not happy with the price quoted to you, you must discuss it with the cashier or the manager before any work is stared and/or completed. We do not negotiate our prices once work has been started and/or completed. (even if work has not been completed in time for any reason)
  • If we spend time pinning your garment and later on (for any reason) you decide to cancel your job, 10% of your alterations must be paid to release the garment.
  • Garments must be clean. We reserve the right not to accept dirty garments.
  • We guarantee our job 100%. We are only liable for items reported faulty within 2 weeks of expected delivery.
  • If the item is reported and considered faulty, we will do our best to fix the issue. Otherwise the order will be completely refunded.
  • The pickup time and day is only approximate, please always allow extra time. We do not provide a call-back service to customers. It is your responsibility to keep your receipt safe and contact us to confirm a pick up time. If you need something done urgently please go with the Express service.
